The candidate should be proficient in the following technologies:
• LAN (Mainly Cisco)
• WAN (Mainly Cisco)
• Firewalls (Cisco, Checkpoint, Fortigate)
• VPN Concentrators
• Load balancers (F5)
• Virtualization (Firewall and VRF)
• Knowledge of Cisco Nexus platform would be added advantage.
CCNA/CCNP and exposure to ITIL

This job is in directly related to delivering service to customers. When it comes to delivering services to customers, the activities we do are not restricted to technical. We find ourselves needing to do other activities such as:
• internal process definition, development and deployment.
• Writing work procedures.
• Helping other areas, inside and outside Netowrk Infrastructure Services.
• Service delivery functions, operational reporting.
