Should have more than 5+ years of Server Administration experience preferably with atleast 4+ years of hands-on experience and proficiency in managing and maintaining a medium/large environment (atleast 100-150 Servers)

• Installing, configuring and maintaining Windows 2000, Windows 2003 servers with knowledge of NT 4.0 Servers.

• Installing, configuring and maintaining Active Directory.

• Design and configure the High Availability environment using MSCS or other cluster solutions with knowledge/experience on Storage Devices (SAN, NAS, DAS)

• Good Proficiency in System Fault Tolerance Design, Business continuity and Disaster recovery planning

• Installation and Configuration of atleast one backup tool – BackupExec /Netbackup /Arcserve

• MS Patch administration (planning and deployment)

• Printer Administration

• Troubleshooting Hardware and Operating system related issue

• Capacity planning and Fine tune system for optimal performance

. Comfortable to work in 24/7 Environment

. Must have certification like MCSA,MCSE etc.
