Senior Design Engineers/Team Leads – Pro E:
Qualification: B.Tech (Mechanical), Experience : 4-8 Years
Skills:
Good experience in Pro-E Part modeling, Assembly modeling, Detailing, Sheet metal and Structures
Experience :
• Should have good understanding of Sheetmetal fabrication and folding practices, Structures, Casting /Forging and Part/Assembly/BOM configurations with basic engineering knowledge of ASME drafting standards and practices.
• Should have good knowledge of manufacturing processes, surface finishes, tolerances, GD&T and tolerance stack-up analysis.
• Exposure to Automotive/Off-highway equipment, manufacturing environment and team center would be an advantage. Exposure to CAT standards preferable
• Should be quality conscious, self-driven and a good team player with good written and oral communication skills.
Design Engineers/Senior Design Engineers: Solid Works/Fabrication/Piping
Qualification: B.Tech (Mechanical/Production), Experience : 3-5 Years
Skills:
3D modeling/drafting of oil and Gas equipment using Solid works.
Experience :
Hands on experience in Solid Works.
Good knowledge in creation of Fabrication drawings and welding standards.
Ability to understand 2D-Drawings, P&ID diagrams and pictures/photos of oil & gas equipment (as built units).
Knowledge of steel structures, pipe fittings, material selection etc.
Should be quality conscious, self-driven and a good team player with good written and oral communication skills.
1 year in the manufacturing /design of oil and gas equipment is preferred.
