Process Description:

 The Job Involves interacting with people in the UK and completing Surveys, which could be either B2B or B2C. These surveys are conducted using Avaya IP Phones and the Putty application.

Desired Profile    

Position Description:

To conduct high end B2C surveys which is basically collecting data or doing Field Work over the Telephone. Its outbound calling to the UK; to conduct market research surveys (scripted interviews)

The person will be involved in conducting telephonic interviews as per client request using PUTTY Application.

Key Responsibilities:

 Ensure correct all the data collected is correct.

• Carry out process related jobs as delegated by the Team Management

• Conducting surveys with:

1. Achieving required strike rate

2. In accordance with quality instructions

3. Maintaining standard telephone etiquettes
