Class room training
Module creation/ content development
People Management
Report generation and timely circulation
Call audits to understand the communication errors
Monthly training and operations review
Training Batch Communication Analysis
Floor Analysis/ test (if required)
Communication Refresher plan (if required)
Floor coaching (if required)
