Walk in for WFM-GST, Queue Management/Forecasting/Resource planning

Job Description  

Designation: Team Lead/Sr. Process Lead

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience :  4 +years in WFM

Date: 19th February, Saturday

Time: 10 AM to 1 PM

Desired Profile   

-Should have at least 3-4 years of experience working in Call centers in WFM.

- Tool knowledge of Aspect is a must.

- Should have hands on experience in Queue Management/ Dialer/ Resource Planning/ Scheduling/ RTA/ Forecasting/.

- Should have sound understanding of FTE and headcount information.

- Banking experience and working with North American centers will be an added advantage.

- Strong experience in excel.

Additional Specification:-

 -Candidates should have secured minimum 50 % in their Graduation,XIIth,Xth (All Full Time)

-Candidate should not have any gaps in education and employment.

- Excellent communication-oral and Written Skills

- Willingness to work in Night shifts.

- Selected candidates should be willing to sign a bond for 1 year minimum.
