We have Walkin for Debt Mgmt Associates @ Malad on Tuesdays & Thursdays. Please attend the interview if you are eligible for the same.

Job Description

Establish contact with the delinquent cardholders / loan account holder and convincing them to make the overdue payments
Convert potential "promises to pay" to recoveries by ensuring that the calls made are assertive, but without any unpleasantness
Preparing an action plan to handle specific cases in consensus with the supervisors in order to resolve difficult cases.

By resolving customer queries and effectively handling cardholder / loan disputes
By identifying potentially high risk cases to be handed to the Field Verification Agent / Debt Collection Agent at an early delinquency stage
By initiating credit control actions like suspension / cancellation of card facilities for potential high risk cases
By ensuring that all calls follow the prescribed call model and tele-calling scripts
By working within the prescribed procedures and guidelines and initiating action as per the existing debt management strategy.

By providing feedback on any delinquency trends observed so that the same maybe incorporated in the credit policy

Skills Required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to interpret and handle complex numerical data

Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills
Good keyboard skills

Flexibility to work in shifts

Academic Qualifications
Graduation in any stream with min 40%

Years of Experience


0 - 2 years working experience desired

Type of Experience
BPO experience will be added advantage, freshers are also eligible.
