 The incumbent would be responsible for handling the below mentioned responsibilities :

 Handling the welcome calling to the new clients.

 Handling the client complaints & escalating it to the next level.

 Solving the client complaints at the least possible time.

 Telecalling & lead generation & passing it to the sales team for closure.

 Maintaining the MIS s & coordinating with Regional & HO Operations team.
