We are having a direct Walkin on November 19, 2011 for the position of IT Recruiter; Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome (0 - 4 Yrs)

Walkin Timing: 9:00 AM–11:00 AM
Eligibility:
• Any Degree (Preferred - B.E/B.Tech in IT/Any Master Degree)
• Excellent communication skills are a must.

Description:
Position - Recruiter / Technical Recruiter
- Candidate must be responsible for full-cycle of Recruitment and Staffing needs.
- Must have Excellent Oral & written communication
- Short listing the candidates for various requirements
- Work closely with the candidates on the following: Resumes Preparation, Interview Scheduling
- Build relationships with third party sources for resumes
- Must be able to Multi-Task and possess a Sense of Urgency
- Extremely strong Interpersonal and relationship building skills.
