Educational Background:
1. B.Tech or BE full time from good colleges
2. Good grades > 6.5 GPA or 65%
3. Computer Science graduates preferred
Professional Experience :
1. Years of experience
a. for Computer Science graduates – 2.5+ years of experience b. for non-computer Science graduates – 5+ years of experience
2. Quality of experience
a. must have worked on end to end development projects – developing business application for clients (internal projects, simple applications are not relevant)
b. must have had work on a single development project for (10-12) months ( random 2 to 3 months on different projects will not be considered
Technical Skills:
1. Microsoft stack – hands on and deep understanding of concepts
a. .NET Framework – C#
b. SQL Server
2. Concepts – solid understanding of the foundation
a. OOPS , OOAD
b. Data Structures
c. Design Patterns (for folks with 5+ years of experience)
Soft skills:
1. Good communication
2. Ability to take responsibility and ownership – proactive and self-starting
3. Ability to directly interface with the clients from offshore
4. Ability to deliver in unstructured environment
