 Troubleshooting LAN related problems.

 Installing and troubleshooting the problem related Network and Desktop Printer and scanner.

 Using of Remote Desktop for remotely solving problems.

 Providing Client Telephonic as well on site support in troubleshooting their Network.

 Configuring of outlook Express and MS outlook.

 Troubleshooting problem related to emails.

 MS windows98, XP, Vista, windows7, Installation and troubleshooting.
