Job Description
Responsible for developing, applying and maintaining quality standards for company products with adherence to both internal and external standards. Develops and executes software test plans. Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures. Maintains documentation of test results. Analyzes test results and recommends corrective actions
Willingness and adaptability to learn new modules and functional areas.
Ability to communicate effectively.
All positions based in Trivandram and require minimum/nil travel
As a member of the technical/process QA division, you will develop quality standards, control methods and theories to be utilized during manufacturing, testing and inspection to access product quality. Develop standards and procedures to provide quality guidance methods
Skills Set - Must Have:
Good understanding of Software Test Life Cycle
Experience in testware creation
Experience Bug management
Working knowledge of HP Quality Center.
Exposure to automating testcases and executing the same.
Good knowledge in SQL and PL/SQL, java or C++
Aptitude to troubleshoot issues.
Willingness and adaptability to learn new modules and functional areas.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Drive the projects independetly with minimum supervision
Derive and adpot best practises for the projects
Desired Skills:
Exposure to PeopleSoft Products
Exposure to PeopleSoft HCM or ERP's will be a plus
