Job Description
• Walkin Interviews between 22nd August to 26th August 2011 (10.00 AM to 03.00 PM)
• Sourcing the profiles/talents from different sources like job board/portals, internal job portal, and Employee referrals.
• Initial Prescreening/Interviewing and shortlist the candidates for the technical evaluation.
• Responsible for Setting up interviews and streamlining process.
• Salary Negotiation
• Handling bulk recruitments.
• Managing end to end recruitments.
• Meeting recruitment targets within defined timelines
• Keep the candidates warm if they selected for a project
• Scheduling and coordinating interviews with the clients
• Doing Market Analysis
• Maintaining and updating database of profiles
• Doing the reference check for the candidates
