Job Tasks :
• Administration and maintenance of Source Control System for project specific software
• Administration, creation and maintenance of build environment, build scripts/Makefiles
• Integration of different software modules, building and packaging [RPM based]
• Creating build plans
• Creating product software builds for development, test and production environments
• Performing build verification tests
• Build Automation and report generation
• Integrate source code analyzer and profiling tools with build system
• Create comprehensive documentation on the Build Architecture, Build process, Software integration strategy and User manual
Mandatory Skills :
• Working experience in ClearCase is a must [Subversion/CVS is added advantage]
• Experience and thorough understanding of branching, merging and labeling techniques
• Experience in two of the following scripting is a must
- Python
- Perl
- Bash
