Must possess Diploma / Degree in German Language.
Prior experience in BPO / KPO preferred.
Open for shifts (24*7)
Execute the assigned transactions meeting the timeliness
Should possess good written skills in the language
Should be fluent in verbal skills (German )
Should be able to respond to emails and handle chat with the customers independently.
Job Description
Provide customer support through emails & live chat in German Language.
Resolve customer queries within the assigned TAT.
Assist online customers to navigate through applications
Ability to handle multiple chats effectively with a good typing speed
Ensure in time feedback to the customers with the help of effective assessment
Ability to provide and achieve 100% customer satisfaction
Date: 11th July (Monday) - 12th July (Tuesday)
