Desired Profile
· Should have 1 to 4 Years of experience in Defined Benefits, Manual Calculation, Pension/Annuities Calculation, Finance & Accounting and Insurance
· Should have excellent Define Benefit domain Knowledge and DB plan coding experience
· Should have experience in working in analytical process like Under writing, Adjudication etc
· Should have experience in a rule set based process like claims processing, payments set up.
· Should have experience in Reconciliations / Accounting processes. Intermediate excel skills
· Should have good Interpretation skills, ability to read documents and interpret accordingly, basic excel knowledge Should have excellent communication skills
· Should have good Analytical & problem solving skills
Specifications:
Should be willing to work in 24/7 environment
Should be willing to sign an employment Agreement with the company
Should not have any gaps in employment or Education
Educational Qualification: Graduation (Any Discipline)
