Job Description
• 6-8 years of software testing experience
• Good analytical skills with a passion to learn
• Project tracking and management skills
• Resource management skills with ability to handle multiple projects in parallel
• Ownership on ensuring quality and process adherence in all projects involved
• Test planning and monitoring skills with a metrics based approach.
• Propose test strategy for various testing projects
• Experience in test design and execution
• Resolving conflicts and managing defect life cycle
• Knowledge in estimation and scheduling based on pre-requisites
• Analyze test results and provide recommendation to partners/dev teams
• Provide technical leadership to the team
• Provide objective feedback to team members
• Experience in working with multi geographical customers with a proven exposure in customer interfacing roles.
• Training team members new testing areas and tools
• Experience on any automation/performance/security testing tools will be a plus
