• Extensive knowledge and practical understanding of standard software packages including: Windows, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Lotus Notes.
• Certified Voice and Accent neutralization Trainer & US Accent
• Excellent presentation and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
• Understanding of Adult Learning Theory
• Understanding of training project management methodologies
Education
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in computer technology, education, or human resources or related field
• Advanced training certifications preferred
Experience preferred
• 1+ years Instructional design and curriculum development experience necessary
• US Accent training and operations experience necessary
• ESL or equivalent training experience preferred
Willing to work in Night Shifts in Noida Office and open to travel.

-Correcting MTI,Grammar,etc
-Facilitate Training team at Client location
-Educating trainees on Subject-Verb agreement
-Coordination with HR/Admin for training need analysis
-Pre/Post training evaluations & Feedback
-Passion for Training
