JOB DESCRIPTION/JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Involves attending to customer calls and resolving their technical queries along with up selling. Rotational night shifts.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

Graduate: Fresher / Experienced

XII + 1 Yr Diploma: Fresher / Experienced

X + 3 Yrs Diploma: Fresher / Experienced

XII Pass: Min. 6 months of international BPO experience

X Pass: Min. 1 year of international BPO experience

Age: 18-35

Excellent communication

Working Knowledge of various Operation Systems, Networking and hardware
