Job Description
A good understanding of storage technologies and standards - RAID, SAN,SCSI, SATA, Tape technologies.
Good Technical knowledge on Tape Libraries and Disk Libraries.
OS Administration: Sun Solaris, Linux & Windows, AIX
In-depth knowledge on Fabric switches will be added advantage.
Data replication, backup & recovery experience desirable
Candidates should demonstrate specific knowledge of EMC products Exhibit a positive attitude to customers and other employees
Ability to support and communicate with customers over the phone or preferred communication method by customer.
Familiarity with Customer Service Technical Support and/or customer facing/orientated environments is preferred.
Work on customer issue remotely via phone/email/chat/WebEx
