Job Description
Team member contributing predominantly to hiring upto Sr. Manager levels, while meeting individual quarterly hiring targets higher than R1. Also Plays the role of Account Coordinator for one group. Ability to work in a team Good Interpersonal skills Good communication skills Analytical abilities Interviewing skills Negotiation and selling skills Gather requirements from specific groups (play a role of Account Coordinator) Understand hiring requirements of the organization Filter relevant profiles from one of the channels assigned Follow complete recruitment process till closure Build pipeline Perform Duplication check Profile short listing Preliminary interaction with candidate over phone Interview coordination Feedback sharing with candidate and the channel partner Offer preparation Post offer engagement Pre-joining preparation Data tracking, analyzing and reporting for self Industry benchmarking for own scope of work Expense settlement Channel specific policy documentation Channel specific event planning and execution Conduct HR interviews upto E2 (levels) Limited supervision required.
Desired Profile
Good technical knowledge.
Good exposure to work on IT and Telecom req.
Smart,efficient and excellent communication skills.
