Job Description: Telecollections (Domestic Voice Operations)
Tele-collectors execute tasks:
• Making reminder calls to set off well-timed liability repayment
• Discussing and reporting on account payment terms
• Report on guaranteed payments, out of reach debtors, refusal to pay, etc
• Identify debtors' concerns or issues immediately
• Obtain and report debtor’s new contact information
General Description of the Job :
Working of 9 hours a day out of that one hour break .No Night Shifts.
Closing all the calls with Promise to Pay / pick-up & Drop
Minimizing roll forward rate on assigned portfolio.
