Job Description

Customer Support Voice:

The agent should be able to understand the customer issues . The main criteria for arriving at a solution is to be able to isolate the issue/component by using effective probing techniques. This would require a high level of expertise and the agent has to quickly understand the query.

The Agent should have very good communication and convincing skills to be able to explain issues and also be able to position themselves correctly.

Age Criteria:19-30

Education : Grad/UG

Job Profile :

Inbound Customer Care Executive. (No Sales)

Rotational Night Shifts.

US International process.

 SALARY upto 2.5LAKHS PA

Interview DAYs : MONDAY to FRIDAY; Timmings: 11:00 am to 3:00pm

Others:

Willingness to work in rotating shifts and on Sundays & Public Holidays.
