Designation: Recruitment Associate (Employee Referral)
Job Involves:
Propogation of emploee referral schemes.
Floor visits.
Generating references.
Target based.
Screening candidates.
Short Listing the Candidates for different Process.
Briefing candidates for different Process.
Eligibilty Criteria:
Minimum HSC Passed
Ty appeared or Graduate Fresher.
Prior relevant experience would be an added advantage.
Excellent in Written & Verbal Communication Skills.
Flexible with Timings (Day Shifts).
Candidates from western belt can only Apply.
Local candidates from MUMBAI can only apply
Freshers not pursuing regular studies can also apply.
