Job Description
• The role of the CSE is to look the claims in our portal and need to verify them and send them to respective payers.
• Doctors will register themselves in our claims portal to send there claims to the respective payers.
• It is support oriented roles where there is a need to do the verification of claims follow up with the respective doctors and payers.
• Experience in Claims follow-up, Knowledge in US Health Care and EDI claims.
• Should possess excellent communication skills and have strong interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work in Night Shifts.
• Neutral accent with customer service background in a technical environment.
Desirable
• Experience/Knowledge in US-Healthcare domain.
• Company will provide on job training to the right candidate.
Qualification: Graduates only. (IGNOU and NIOS will not be entertained; Result Awaited or backlogs will not be entertained)
