KEY RESPONSILITIES

Responsible for answering customers technical queries via chat nad over phone

Stay updated with latest information and technologies on various OS/Applications/

Software/Hardware Products/Virus

Cross Skilling on Various Domains

Awareness on key metrics and targets, adhere to productivity and service level norms

Contribution to knowledge base

Maintain High Level of Professionalism and adhere to company policies

Report Daily Tracker to TL

MANDATORY SKILLS

Good written & verbal communication

Customer relations and Customer Handling Skills

Should have worked for an internation tech support environment for any Product Support Process

TROUBLESHOOTING KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

Windows OS (XP or Vista or 7)

Basic Hardware & Networking

JOB SPECIFICATION

Undergraduates/Graduates in any stream(in Computer science preferred)

Willingness to work in shifts

Minimun 6 months experience with an international BPO in a tech support profile.
