Procurement Process: -
-Provide excellent customer service at all times whilst operating within company guidelines and constraints within the processes.
-To answer all general enquiries which may be emails tasks or calls promptly and efficiently, for example: Returns Authorizations, customer service queries relating to replacements, literature requests.
-To input customer data as required fulfilling all customer requests and providing an audit trail of any action taken.
-Maintain set targets, action and fulfill all customer requests within the given SLA’s
-To participate actively in the work of the department, working with colleagues to achieve a common goal.
-To be fully developed in the use of appropriate operating systems, policies and procedures within the Care & Logistics Department
-Achieve/maintain quality standard KPI in all work completed.
-Excellent communication skills
-Designation: Process Executive / Senior Process Executive
-Experience : 0 – 2yrs in any Procurement experience
-Minimum qualification – Any graduate / Any PG
-Willing to work in 24/7 shifts
Date of Interview: 23rd Dec’2010 to 31th Dec’2010 (Saturday & Sunday s off)
