Job Description
Interacting with clients,understanding their needs & providing technical support by remotely accessing clients networks & resolving trouble-tickets raised by users of the client’s product/service through phone, emails or remote access.
Desired Profile
Key Education qualification:
Graduate in any discipline (Technical Degree holders desirable)
1 -5 years related experience for Network Engineers.
CCNA Certification is Mandatory
Key Job Qualifications:
Excellent Verbal communications skills.
Prior troubleshooting experience
Willing to work in 24*7 Support (Including Night Shifts).
Prior experience of Voice based technical support.
Knowledge and understanding of OSI model and networking protocols.
Knowledge of networking device worked on, if any.
Knowledge of networking products already worked on will be an added advantage.
Technology Domains supported Within TAC:
Unified Communications (CUCM, Unity, Multi-Service, IPCC).
Network Security (VPN, ASA\PIX).
Core Technologies (Switching, architecture, routing protocols, & WAN Access)
Note:
Candidate will go through Voice and Accent training and product specific training before they start handling technical cases.
Company will provide free pick & drop through Delhi-NCR.
