 1.To provide timely and effective resolutions to customer’s queries per the gaming process laid by the client.

 2.To achieve the productivity target.

 3.To maintain minimum schedule adherence of 90%

 Ability to handle multiple chats effectively with a good typing speed.

 4.Should have approriate gaming knowledge.
