Responsibility: Efficiently handle calls to resolve overseas customer queries. Electronically process data and respond to customer queries pertaining to banking transactions from HSBC offices across the globe.
Skills Sets: Excellent English communication skills, Good keyboard skills, Flexibility to work in shifts.
Minimum Education Criteria: Graduation/class 12th pass
Age Criteria : 18-50 Years Job Location : Vizag
