• Should be a part of 24x7 IT Helpdesk team supporting US customers related to IT issues via phone and email.
• Provide remote desktop support for laptops and desktops.
• Strong knowledge in Windows XP and 7 operating systems
• Configure and troubleshoot application issues.
• Basic understanding of networking issues.
