o 0 to 2 Years of Experience
o Graduate in any discipline (B.Tech & MCA candidates are not preferred)
o Good communication Skills
o MS – Office and Typing certificate is an added advantage
o Ability to work flexible schedule during day, night and weekend shifts
o Minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute with 99% accuracy
o Ensure timely delivery of accurate output.
o Good knowledge about customer services
- Quality Controllers – 50 Openings
o 0 – 2 years of experience
o Graduate in any discipline. (B.Tech & MCA candidates are not preferred)
o Raise any discrepancies in client supplied data with the LDS for appropriate client clarification via CSE
o Identify and correct typographical errors, punctuation errors, spelling and formatting inconsistencies as well as comparing documents for uniformity
o Perform quality assurance in both hard copy as well as online to validate compliance with client specific templates, standards and styles
o Ensure projects are handled to the highest degree of precision, keeping in mind client specifications and deadlines with high standards of accuracy and quality
o English grammar and comprehension skills
o Excellent oral and written communication skills
