Job Description   

*Provide customer support ; query handling services to the clients in US by taking the calls.

* Resolve customer queries within the assigned TAT.

* Adhere to the Login hrs & maintain the desired AHT Levels.

* Ensure optimum level of Quality over the calls.

Desired Profile    

*Must be a Graduate.

*Minimum 1year + experience in Customer Support (Voice) – U.S

* Prior experience in a Voice process (U.S) preferred.

*Excellent communication, Interpersonal and presentation skills.

* Must possess excellent listening skills & should have an inclination towards resolving the customer problems
