Job Description
1. Identify the outstanding claims with payers through the reports from clients
2. Place calls with payers with regard to outstanding claims
3. Document the details of the calls made to payers in VIMS and the client software
4. Coordinate with the team leader in following the processes
5. To follow Information Security Policy and Compliance requirements including regulatory compliances
