Job Description
•Good typing speed & good communication skills
•Excellent knowledge in Visual Basic 6.0, HTML, VB Script, XML, Oops concepts.
•Good written & verbal communication and good Analytical skill.
•Sound working Knowledge in MSOffice, Programming and Database Basics.
•Excellent verbal & written communication, Customer service skills should have supported Offshore clients, should be able to analyze, understand the client’s need.
•Positive Attitude & willingness to learn new things A MUST.
•Experience in Transaction processing, Batch Monitoring & Customer end SAP Support knowledge.
•Should be able to understand Oracle/SQL queries
•Good Analytical skills
•Prior experience in shipping domain will be an added advantage
•Min. 1-2 yrs exp in any interfacing or mapping applications.
•Provide email based resolutions to EDI related issues and requests relating to and other services, routine monitoring tasks, handle customer requests through email, remote, phone and web support.
•Experience in any Application Support helpdesk would be added advantage.
